On 2014-2015 and 2016-2017 he attended a specialized program in labor law organized by the University of Milan.

Francesco’s practice prevalently labor and trade union law.

As of July 2017, is member of steer committee and president of the labor committee of AGAM – Associazione Giovani Avvocati Milano.

Since January 2018, is active member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani and in 2019 he became Vice-President of Associazione Giovani Avvocati Milano.

Francesco has been selected several times as finalist of ed. “Le Fonti Employment Awards” as “lawyer of the year” in the labor category.

Francesco has given lecture in several conference focused on labor and union law and has contributed to several articles concerning labor matters cooperating with the newspaper Il Sole 24 ore.
